Website Design and Development

For website design and development we start with requirement gathering, then analysis of the requirements and then scoping up the complete development project. Based on this scope we determine the size of project and break down the tasks into different modules, features and functionalities. Once the things get broken down we figure out number of man hours required and then calculate the cost. If client and we both agree on the cost or price then we move to the next stage which is design.

While designing we provide 3 -5 mockups. Client chose one of them and may ask for some changes and modifications. Once the design has been decided, we move to next phase which is development. After the design approval we charge the 25% of the whole cost of the project.

We setup milestones with the timelines in order to finish tasks in a timely manner. After completing each milestone we run a predefine set of tests, just to make sure that things are working as expected and nothing is broken. When we complete all the milestones then we also provide a detailed QA (Quality Assurance) of site or application.

Support and Maintenance

In respect of Support and Maintenance Wider Exposure performs certain activities on daily, weekly or monthly bases. Those activities are as:

  • Edit, revise, update or create new textual content on existing pages based on "The Client" request.
  • Consultation and guidance on the use of the web site.
  • Maintain a full backup of web site through the duration of this contract. This backup will be delivered in full to client on closing of this contract.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as custom email or banner advertisements. Marketing materials must be based on current site design only; new designs are not included in this contract.
  • Making the site up and running 24 / 7. If in case the site gets down or have issue we guarantee to bring it back in couple of hours
  • Fixing bugs and issues
  • Small changes and modifications (up to 25 main-hours in a month)


Once the project has been completed and invoice has been generated you are obliged to pay the payment in full. We will contact via email and telephone to our clients to remind them of such payments if they have not received invoice when due.

Complaints Procedure

Anyone who experiences a problem with their website service provided by Wider Exposure, they can submit a ticket to our support center with a brief description of the issue they got.

Hilal technology support staff approach the respective client who is responsible for that issue department and will resolve the matter with the satisfaction of the complainant.


Hilal technology is not dealing with the sites having adult, interest insurance, casino, gambling, music pub, night clubs, nudity etc...
